Know all Men by these Presents That I Ann Suffield< no role > of
Duck Lane Westsmithfield London Widow for and
in consideration of the sume of Seven pounds Seven
Shillings to me paid and for divers other Good Causes
and Considerations me hereunto moveing
have Remised Released, and for ever quitt claymed, and by these presents

their Heirs Executors and Administrators, all and all
manner of Action and Actions, Cause and Causes of Action Suits, Bills,
Bonds, Writings, Obligatory Debts, Dues, Duties, Accompts, Sum and

Trespasses, Damages and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity,
