Anne Symmonds< no role > the Defendant in this Indictment
maketh oath That she this Depont [..] Hond this
Court all the last Session in order to take her Tryal
on this Indictment and did likewise punctually attend
every adjournment day from the Sitting to the Rising of
the Court at Guild hall to take her said Tryal
Except the last day when this Depont was Coming
into the Court just as the Court had Discharged the
Jury when this Depont. mett on the Steps [..] ing from
the Sd Hall, But this Depont. Possitively Saith
that she always Intended to attend the said Court
a Pursuant to their Several adjourments & [..] always
Ready Willing and Desiracy to Bring out [..] Indictmt.
to Tryal, as she now is land attends with her
witness in that purpose And that this Depont. had
no Design whatsoever to avoid her said Tryal or
appearing at the Sd. last adjourment day, but that
the same was owing [..] to Casualty, And to the
advise this Depont. had that this Court could not
Sitt so soon as they did that day [..]
