maketh Oath that he this Deponent did on Tuesday
the fourth day of this Instant October Serve Mr William Can< no role >
who as this Deponent
is informed and beleives is [..] a Creditor opposing the Discharge of James
Male an Insolvent Debtor with a true Copy of the Order the Court
hereunto annexed by heaving the same with a men Servant of the said
Mr. Cain at his dwelling House in Bishopgate Street
and at the same time
Shewing unto him the said annexed Order and this Deponent further
Saith that he this Deponent did on the said fourth day of October
Personally Serve Mr. Alexander (who as this Deponent is informed and
beleives acts as Attorney or Agent for the said Mr. Cam with a true
Copy of the said Order and at the same time Shewed unto the said
Mr. Alexander the said Original Bule
