of which by all Discription this Deponent verify believes was Part of the said Piece of
Cloth so State from the Kings Arms Inn as aforesaid and also this Deponent verify belives
the lining of the said Coat was part of one of the said pieces of Shalloon so state
from him this Deponent as aforesd. also one short Cloaks which this Depont. verify
believes was part of the said Peace of Suprfine. Scarlet Cloth so Stole from the said John
Winter as afore said and further thus Dept. saith that the said Aaron Cordoza< no role > was not
at Horne not could he then befound by this Depont. nor has this Depont. been able
to find him as yet the he this Dept. hath used all the Endeavours in his power
for that purpose The Dept. John Winter< no role > for himself further saith that in searched
Isaac Alvarez Da Costa< no role > House there were found in it one other now Coat the outside of which
reactly appeares the same as the other Coat and to depart of the said Piece of
Cloth so stole out of the Ware house of the Kings Arms Inn as afore said Also one Scarelet said out
and a pair of Sclearlet Breeches which this Depont. verify belileves where part of
the said Peece of Scarlet Cloth so stole from him this Deponent as afore said also
this Depont. saith that the said Isaac Alvarez Dacosta was not at home nor could he be
then found by this Depont. also this Deponent further Saith That one of the
Persons in the House who passed for alvarez's Jew Wife run away that another
Person who was in the House who Passed for his Christian on Gentile Wife was by this
Depont. secured and now is in the poultry Compter as an Evidence and goes by the
name of Mary James< no role > who upon her Exaiation before his Lordship Declared
that she believed Cordoza & Isaac Alvarez Da Costa had bought all the Goods that these
Deponenets had lost and that two Men whom she called Daniel & Athick at
one Aims about Midnight brought a piece of light Coloured Cloth into the
Room and laid upon the Bedth which she was then lying very ill that they
& Da Costa measured it and that the Weight of it so fatigued her, that she had
much ade to bear it and Also this Depontent saith that sometime after her
Examination Alvarez Da Costa was taken and upon the Strength of this Evidence and [..]

to Newgate as an Accessary by his Lordship where he now is And all these
Deponent further for themselves severally say that they have used all Endeavours in their Power
to find out and Appearhend the Principal steals of the said Goods abovementioned
but have not as Yet been able to find out who they are (Eacbet one George
Cole< no role > who is Committed on Suspicion of Stealing part of the said Goods) And
that Daniel & Alock abovementioned are absconded and cannot at
Present be found by these Depont. And lastly all these Dept. say that
