The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Inhabitants of the parish of Saint Mary at
Islington in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by vertue of a pass Warrant or Order
under the hands & Seals of the Right Honourable
[..] Robert Ladbroke< no role > Knight Lord Mayor of the
City of London & Robert Alsop< no role > Esqr . Two of his
Majesties Justices of the peace for the said City
(One whereof is of the Quorum) bearing date the
fifth day of January last Sarah Cornwall< no role >
aged Ten Weeks was Removed & conveyed from &
out of the parish of Alhallows on the Wall
London to the parish of Saint Mary at Islington
in the sd. County of Middlesex

The Appellants think themselves
aggreived by the said Order of Removal
Therefore humbly Pray your Worship [..]
to grant them such Relief in the
Premisses as to your Worships
shall seem meet
