The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Inhabitants of
the Parish of St. Mary at Islington in the County of
Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Vertue of a pass Warrant or Order under the
hands & Seals of the Right Honorable Sr . Robert Ladbrooke< no role > Knt .
Lord Mayor of the City of London & Robert Alsop< no role > Esqr . Two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said City (One whereof is of
the Quorum) bearing date the fourth day of January last John
Cornwall< no role > and Ann< no role > his Wife were removed and Conveyed from and out
of the Parish of Allhallows on the Wall London to the Parish of
St. Mary at Islington in the said County of Middlesex

The appellants think themselves Aggrieved
by the said Order of Removal Therefore
humbly Pray your Worships to Grant them
such Relief in the Premisses as to your
Worships shall seem meet
