The humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That [..] under the hands & Seals of Sir
Robt. Ladbroke< no role > Knt . Lord Mayor & Thos. Rawlinson< no role > Esqr . two
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the City of London
& Liberties thereof (one of the Quorum) bearing Date the
25th. Day of January last Thomas Perry< no role > Ann< no role > his Wife
& their three Children Elizabeth< no role > aged Ten Years Sarah< no role >
aged Eight Years & Mary aged Six months were removed
from the Parish of St. Augustin London to the Parish of
St. Clement Danes aforesaid as the Place of their
last legal Settlement whereby your Petrs. conceive
themselves to be again and agt. the said Order do
Appeal

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray that
the Benefit of the sd. Appeal may be Saved
unto them and that the hearing & Determining
thereof may be adjourned to the next Session
of the Peace to be holden for this City
