Wharf
London unto the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
parish of Saint Michael Royal London
upon the Oath of the said

Now upon
hearing the petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St. Michael Royal agt. the said Warrant
and Judgment of the said two Justices in the Colesence & hearing of
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of
St. Bennett Paul's Wharf
who converted to have the said Warrt.
& Judgmt. of the said two Justices Quashed & the Aggeal allowed
It is thereupon Ordered by this Court that the said
Warrant & Judgmt. of the said two Justices be Quashed & the
Appeal allowed accordingly and that the said Thomas Hutchins< no role >
and his said Wife be forthwith sent back & delivered unto the [..]
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
Bennet Paul's Wharf to be by them maintained & prided for
until they can free themselves from the Charge there of by
due Course of Law
