of the Deponent and his said Partners and was paid in
three Bank Notes one of two Hundred one of twenty and
another of Ten Pounds and two Hundred and twenty

says that last Wednesday was fortnight
between 3 & 4 o Clock in the afternoon he met a person now
present who calls himself Mark Powell< no role >
on Snow Hill
that he went with said Powell into an Alehouse in on Snow
Hill where they had forne Beerthat they then walked on
till they came to the corner of King Street

in the City or not on the Friday followingthat he answered that
there was seldom a day but he was in the Citythat said Powell

which he did not like to receive himself because he had had
