Lady day, Midsumer and Michaelmas aforesaid by equall
portions The first payment thereof to be also made at
Christmas next to be applyed as the Court of Generall
or Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the said County
shall direct for Repairing New Prison aforesaid and
the Dwelling House Buildings and Appurtenances
thereto belonging untill the same shall be effectually
repaired in such manner as the said Court shall
approve of according to the intent and meaning of an
Order made at the Generall Quarter Sessions of the
Peace holden for the said County by adjournment on the
Fifth day of July in the Eighth Year of the Reign of his
present Majesty King George and in Case the said Court
shall Order and direct the said Sume of Thirty pounds
per Annum to be paid to any other Person or Persons
That then he the said John Geary< no role > do and shall from
time to time well and truely pay the same unto such
Person or Persons and in such manner as shall be soe
Ordered and directed And that the said John Geary< no role > so
long as he shall Continue Keeper of the said Prison
shall at his own Proper Costs and Charges do all such
further Repairs as shall be necessary to be done to
the said Prison and Dwelling House and Buildings
and Appurtences thereunto belonging over and above
what shall be done by his payment of the said Sume of
Twenty Pounds per Annum to the said Clerk of the
Peace or his Deputy for the purpose aforesaid, And
that he the said John Geary< no role > his Exors or Administrs.
do and shall well and truely pay or cause to be paid
unto the Sheriff of the said County for the time being
or his Order for his Use of his now Majesty King
George his Heirs and Successors all such Sume and
Sumes of Money as have been or shall be imposed
and sett for any Time or Times by any of the Justices
of the Peace for the said County Assembled at any of
their Generall or Generall Quarter Sessions of the
Peace held within the said County on any Prisoner or
Prisoners committed or to be comitted to the Custody of
the said John Geary< no role > as Keeper of the said Prison for
