any offence or offences by them comitted and which shall
or without his or their wilfull default may at any time or
times be received by him or his Servant or Servants during
such time as the said John Geary< no role > Shall continue Keeper of
the said Prison And do and shall likewise well and
truely Accompt with and pay unto the Clerk of the Peace
of the said County for the time being or his Deputy all
such Fees as the said John Geary< no role > or his respective
Servant or Servants shall or without his or their
wilfull default may dureing the time he shall
continue Keeper of the said Prison receive for the
Use of such Clerk of the Peace of any Prisoner or
Prisoners comitted or to be comitted to the said Prison
And that whenever the said John Geary< no role > shall be
displaced Removed or Discharged from the said
Office or Imployment of Keeper of the said Prison
by the Justices of the Peace of the said County or the
Major part of them That then he the said John Geary< no role >
shall forthwith peaceably deliver up and quitt the
possession of the said Prison and the dwelling House
and buildings thereto belonging with the Appurtences
Together with the Prisoners comitted to his Custody
as Keeper of the said Prison and then remaining
Undischarged to such other Person or Persons as shall
be by the Justices of the Peace of the said County or the
Major part of them Elected Choosen Nominated and
Appointed to be Keeper of the said Prison in the
Stead and place of him the said John Geary< no role > And
also that he the said John Geary< no role > do forthwith Enter
into a Bond or Obligation into Whitelock Bulstrode< no role >
Esqr John Milner< no role > This name instance is in set 4214. Esqr and Leonard Street< no role > Esquire
Justices of the Peace for the said County in the penall
Sume of Five Hundred pounds with such Condition
as is above written In Testimony whereof wee the said
Justices of the Peace have hereunto Set our hands & seales
this Eleventh day of October in the Year of our Lord
1722 And in the Ninth Year of the Reign of our Sovraign
Lord George by the grace of God of Great Britain France
and Ireland King Defender of the Faith Etc.
