By adjournment on Thursday the thirtieth day of May 1754 .

Resolved and it is the Opinion of this Court that the Answer given by the Right
Honourable the Lord Mayor of London to Thomas Lane< no role > Esquire Sir John Crosse< no role >
Baronet and George Cooke< no role > Esquire three of his Majestys Justices of the peace of this
County who attended his Lordship in relation to a Complaint that the Justices of the
Peace of this County have not been lately treated with the same Regard as formerly
by the Court of Old Baily be deemed Satisfactory

By adjournment on Thursday the thirtieth day of May 1754

It is Ordered that the thanks of this Court be and they are hereby given unto
Thomas Lane< no role > Esquire Sir John Crosse< no role > Baronet and George Cooke< no role > Esquire three of
his Majestys Justices of the peace for this County for their trouble in attending
the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor of London in relation to a Complaint that
the Justices of the peace of this County have not been lately treated with the
same regard as formerly by the Court of Old Baily .

Order touching the
Alterations at Hicks hall }

A Plan having been producedand laid before this Court
by Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . one of his Majestys Justices of
the peace of this County concerning a Way intended to be
made at Hicks hall that People wanting to prefer
Indictments at the Sessions of the peace for the said County
may get to the Grand Jury Room without Crowding the
Passage between the Court and the Kitchen at Hicks hall
aforesaid This Court doth approve of the Same And doth
Order that it be and it is hereby recommended and referred
unto his Majestys Justices of the peace herein after named
to wit Thomas Lane< no role > George Errington< no role > Merry Teshmaker
John Dekewer< no role > Boulton Mainwaring< no role > George Greene< no role >
Thomas Jervis< no role > George Garrett< no role > William Withers< no role > Richard
Chamberlayne Francis< no role > Bedwell Richard< no role > Ricards Walter< no role >
Berry Bartholomew Hammond< no role > and Benjamin Cox< no role > Esqrs.
and such other Justices of the peace of this County as will
please to be present or any three or more of them as a
Committee to meet together at Hicks hall aforesaid on
Thursday the sixth day of June next at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon or
at such other Time as they shall think proper and put
the aforesaid Plan into Execution And the said Boulton Mainwaring< no role >
