By adjornmt. the 12 day of Septr. 1754

Upon inspecting a Bill of Mr. Robert Burnham< no role > for Plaisterers Work by him done
at the House of Correction At Clerkenwell in this County amounting to the sum of One
Pound six shillings and eleven pence half penny and also another Bill of the said
Robert Burnham< no role > for Plaisterers Work by him Done at Hicks Hall in the said County
amounting to the sum of twelve pounds eighteen shillings and seven pence half penny
And the said Robert Burnham< no role > praying that the said sums may be paid unto him It is
Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay the said sums
of One pound six shillings and eleven pence half penny and twelve pounds eighteen
shillings and seven pence half penny unto the said Robert Burnham< no role > in full of his sd.
Bills whose Receipt together with this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said
Treasurer for such payment

By adjoyurnmt. on Thursday the 12th. day of Septr. 1754

An Account of Inquisitions being produced before this Court by Edward Umfreville< no role >
Esqr . one of the Coroners of this County therein mentioning the same to be taken on
view of dead Bodies in the said County before the said Coroner since the thirtieth day
of May 1754 and chargeable on the said County pursuant to an Act of Parliament in
such Case made & provided which Account begins on the fifth day of June last and ends
on the fifth day of September instant therein mentioning the dead Bodies viewed to
be seventeen in Number and that there is due to the said Coroner the sum of
twenty pounds sixteen shillings and six pence for his Coroners Fee and for the
number of Miles by him travelled on Account of taking the said Inquisitions And it
appearing to this Court by Writing under the Hands of Francis Bedwell and
Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Esqrs . two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
said County that they had examined the said Account and did approve of the
same It is thereupon Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Trearer
of this County do pay the said Sum of twenty pounds sixteen shillings and six
pence to the said Edward Umfreville< no role > in full of his said Demand whose
Receipt together with this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said
Treasurer for such payment

By adjournmt. on Thursday the 12th. day of Septr. 1754

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of the County of Middx
do pay unto Mr. John Daniell Deputy Cryer of this Court the Sum of four pounds and
two shillings allowed to him by this Court for his trouble and pains in posting up in divers
places in the said County a great many printed Copys of the Orders of Sessions made for
the suppressing of unlawfull Fairs and Disorders in Moorfields and for delivering the
Freeholders Warrants to the several High Constables in the said County And that the
Receipt of the said John Daniell< no role > together with this Order shall be a sufficient
Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.
