that this Court will be pleased to order him a licence, And that
hethe Petr.may be refunded the twenty shillings he hath paid to
the Churchwardens, haveing proceeded regularly to obtain
a licence before he drew any drink, and was pomised
the same, It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is
hereby recomended & referred unto sr. Harcourt Master< no role > Knt . Robert
Kyrby
< no role > Bastwick Johnson< no role > Edward Johnson< no role > Tho: Sewell< no role > and
Doyly Michel< no role > Esqrs . Justices of the peace for this County or
any two of them to [..] examin whether the Petr. hath comitted
any & what disordror suffered any & what disorders to be
comitted in the houses where he lately lived or now liveththe house wherein he now [..] doth or lately
did sell beer & ale,
for wch. he ought [..] to be refusedhavea licence
granted himfor his selling beer & ale by retail, And if it
shallnotappeare to the sd. Referrees or any two of themJustices of the peacethat the Petr.
hath not comitted slotor sufferedany such disorders within either of the sd houses Then the sdThen they or any
Justices of the peace or any two of them are hereby desired toorder the that the Petr. may
grant the Petr.havea licencegranted himfor his selling of beer & ale by retail in the
house wherein he now dwelleth in the sd. parish for this present
yeare, and to take a Recognizance from the Petr.th & two
person
wth. two suretys for his due observance of the usuall articles to be continued in such
licence, And It is further Ordered by this Court that noe
prosecucon shallbein the mean time be had agt. the Petr. for his
selling beer & ale in the sd house wherein he now dwelleth
without licence,
