Middlesex at the Generall Quarter
Sessions assembled.

The humble peticon & Appeal of William Addis< no role > of the
parish of St. Martins in the Feilds in the sd
County Taylor :

Sheweth


That Yono Petr. on or abt. the 16th of June last past
Upon Informacon of Richard Boddington< no role > and upon the Oath of One James Brookes< no role > was Convicted
before Jeffery Saunders< no role > Esqr one of his Matys Justices of
the peace for this County for Setting on Seven dozen
and two Cloth Buttons and Six dozen and Ten Cloth Holes
on a Suit of Cloth Cloathes of the sd. James Brooks< no role > contrary
to the form of the Statute in that Case made & porded.

That your Petr. hath Given Notice by his Attorney
or Agent of his intencon to Appeal as of this Genrll Quarter
Sessions agt. the said Conviccon.

Yor. Petr therefore humbly [..]
Conceiving himselfe agreived by the
Said Conviccon humbly Appeals to this
Honrble Court against the same and
craves Oyer thereof And prays that
this Court will be pleased to appoint
a Day for all partyes concerned to
Attend and Abide the Judgmt. of this
Court touching the said Appeal
