Sheweth

That your Petr served the Office of Constable
last year in the Parish of St Giles in the
fields in this County And that there is due
to your petr. Six and Twenty Shillings and
Six pence for conveying Vagrants As
appears by four order under the hands
of four of his Matys Justices of the peace

That your Petr stands in Need of the said
Money

And humbly prays this Court
will be pleased to order that he
may be paid the same.

And yor Petr shall Ever pray Etc
