Upon Mocon made unto this Court by Councell
for the Defdt. Thomas Charlesworth< no role > who was
& stands Indicted at the Sessions of Oier and
Terminer holden for this County on the twelfth
day of October last for being a comon Barrator,
to which he pleaded Not guilty, It [..] was
prayed that the sd. Defdt. may be discharged of
the said Indictmt. Unless Joseph Trueman< no role >
Junr . Thomas Clarke< no role > & George Wheatley< no role > the
prosecutors of the said Indictmt. doe forthwith
exhibite articles of barratry against the sd
Defdt. whereby he may be enabled to make his
defence, which they have hitherto neglected
to due, Whereupon It is Ordered by this Court
that thesd Defdt besaid Prosecutors doe [..]
exhibite articles of barratry against the sd. Defdt. & leave the same
with the Clerke of the Peace of this County or
his Deupty before the first day of the next
GenerallSessions of Oyer & Terminer to be
holden for this County or in default thereof
