of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middx And to the Church
Wardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish of Christ Church
in the County of Surry

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two of his Matyes Justices
of the peace for the County of Middx (Quorum Unus) by the Church Wardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Clement Danes in the County
of Middx that Anne Reed< no role > Singlewoman is lately come into the said
parish endeavouring to Settle herselfe there contrary to Law And it
appearing unto us the said Justices that she is become chargeable to the sd
Parish And upon Examinacon of the said Anne Bird< no role > taken before us upon
Oath it further appeareth unto us and we do adjudge that the parish of
Christ Church in the County of Surry is the place of the last legall
Settlemt. of the sd. Anne Bird< no role > And we do therefore in his Matyes Name
charge & command the Church Wardens & Overseers of the poor of
the parish of St Clemt. Danes forthwith to remove & convey
the said Anne Bird< no role > out of & from the said parish of St. Clemt
Danes to the said parish of Christ Church in the sd. County of
Surry & deliver her to the Church Wardens & Overseers of the
poor there or to some or one of them who are hereby required to
receive her into their care & to provide for her according to
Law Given Undr. our hands & Seales the 25th. day of November
