Sheweth

That by Warrant under the hands and Seales of
John Alexander Ward< no role > and John Metcalfe< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majties.
Justices of the peace for the sd. County of Middx
(quor Unus) bearing date the twenty eight day
of November 1720. Elizabeth Day< no role > was past on
yor. Petrs. from the parish of St. Andrews Holbourne
above barrs in the sd. County of Middx as the place
of her last legall Settlement.

That yor. Petrs. apprehend themselves aggreived
by the order of the said two Justices & appeale to yor
Worpps therefrom

Yor. Petrs. therefore humbly pray yor
Worpps to appoint a day to heare and
determine the Said Appeale.

And yor. Petrs. shall pray Etc.
