To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St
Paul Covent Garden in the said County of Middx . And to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Bridget
Als. St: Brides London And to Each and Every of them.

Whereas Complaint hath been Made Unto Us two of his Maties:
Justices of the peace for the County Aforesaid (quor Unus) by You the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Paul
Covent Garden Aforesaid That Mary Elizabeth Dumay< no role > Aged about
Fifty Years Wife of Thomas Dumay< no role > is Come and Intruded into [..]
said Parish of St: Paul Covent Garden Contrary to Law, And is bound
Chargeable to the said Parish.

And Whereas It Also Appears Unto us Upon Examinacon
touching the Premisses taken before Us Upon Oath And Other
Circumstances that the last Legall Settlement of the said Thomas
Dumay
< no role > is in the said Parish of St: Bridgett Als St: Brides .

Wee the said Justices Do therefore Adjudge that the said
Parish of St: Bridgett Als St: Brides is the Parish and Place of the
legall Settlement of the said Thomas Dumay< no role > and the said Mary
Elizabeth Dumay his Wife And that the said Mary Elizabeth
Dumay is become Chargeable to the said Parish of St. Paul Covt: Garden

These Are therefore in his Majesty's Name to Require
and Comand You the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of St: Paul Covent Garden Or Some or One of them
to Remove and Convey the said Mary Elizabeth Dumay Out of
and from Your said Parish, Unto the said Parish of St: Bridgett
St: Brides And her Deliver to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor there, Or to Some or One of them, who Are hereby Required
to Receive the said Mary Elizabeth Dumay into their Care, [..]
Provide for her According to Law hereof faile not at Your Perish
Given Under Our hands and Seales the Seventeenth Day of
