The Humble Peticon and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish
of St. Michael Royall London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a warrant under the hands
and Seals of Mathew Hewitt< no role > and Richard Browne< no role > Esqrs Two
of his Maties Justices of the peace withinforthe County of Middx
(Quorum Unus) bearing Date the Eight day of November
last William Mansey< no role > Katherine< no role > his Wife with their [..]
three Children Vizt. William< no role > about Seven Years old Sarah< no role >
about Five and Hester< no role > about One Year and an half Old
were removed from the parish of St: Sepulchers in the
County of Middx: to the said parish of St: Michael Royall
in London alledging the said parish to be the place of the last
Legall Setlement of them the said William Mansey< no role >
Katherine his Wife so Called and her three Children

Your Peticoner Conceiveing themselves agreived
by the said Warrant of the two Justices humbly
appeale to this Court against the same and pray this
Court would appoint a Day in this present
Quarter Sessions for the Church Wardens and
Overseers of St: Sepulchers and all other parties
Concerned to attend this Court to hear and abide
by the Determinacon of Your Worships touching
the said appeale

And Your Peticoners Shall ever Pray
