was charge & convicted before me one of his Majes:
ties Justices of ye Peace for ye Sd County on the oath of
John Furse< no role > for prophandly Swearing two oaths on
ye 21st day of ye sd February & paid Four Shillings
for ye use of ye Poor of the Parish of St Glemtt Danes
where ye sd offences were Comitted pursuant to
ye Act in that Case made & provided All which I
do hereby certify according to ye direccon of ye Sd
Act Given under my hand this 25th day of April
1720
