Aa to removeing them ten miles from London & confineing them
to their habitacons,to pursueThe Justices are to pursue
the Acts of Parliamt. recited in the Proclamcon.

The Justices to examine such Lodgers, who shall appeare as
suspected persons & have lately come into this Towne, as
to the reasons of their resorting hither at this time,

The Justices to direct the Constables to retorn the names of
all Victuallers & Keepers of Inns or other publique houses
who suffer Papists or disaffected persons to resort to their houses
and there reflect upon the Governmt. in their comon
conversacon,

The Justices to oblige all Victuallers to take the oathes before
the Licences are given out to them,

The Justices to give particular direccons to the Constables to
inquire after and retorn all Irish Papists now in this
Towne

To take care that noe money be paid or given by any person
who is Sumoned or appeares to take the Oaths on this occasion,

The Justices to Order the Constables to take up all Seditious
Balladsingers & Dispersers of Libells, and carry them
before the next Justice to be dealt with according to Law,

The Justices to prepare an exact accompt of their proceedings
in the premisses in order to be retorned, to the sd. Duke of
Newcastle, and to be by him transmitted to the Lords of his
Maties most honble. privy Council,

And It is hereby recomended unto the said Justices of the
peace to prepare an exact accompt in writing of their proceedings in
the premisses in order to be retorned to the said Duke of
Newcastle,

And in case of any riotous Assemblies to read the proclamacon
contained in the Statute against Riotors in order to disperse them,
And on their refuseall to disperse to proceed agt. them as that
Statute directs,
