to fight him & for assaulting the Said Joseph Chitty< no role >
on the eleventh of Aprill last & also for assaulting
of one Richd Smith< no role > on the Said Eleventh of Aprill
and that the Said Jests Woods< no role > hath not appeared
to the Indictmt. agt. him for the offences
