Forasmuch as it appeareth to this Court upon Oath that Mary
Hawkins< no role > a materiall witness as to the matter of the within
written appeale now lyes ill of a spotted fevour & cannot
now attend this Court without danger of her life It is
upon mocon of Mr. Corbett of Councell for the Churchwardns
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Paul Covent
Garden in this County Ordered by this Court that the
heareing & determinng of the sd. appeale be adjourned untill
the next Generall sessions of the peace to be held for this County
unless the Appellants or Some of them shall upon notice
hereof shew unto this Court good cause to the contrary
