It is Ordered by this Court that Walter prise< no role > Gent
late Under Sherriff to Humphery Parsons< no role > Esqr . & Francis Child< no role > Esqr . late Sheriffes of this County doe forthwith
pay unto John Marsh< no role > Gent present Under Sherriff
of the sd County the sume of four pounds & eighteen
shillings, which should have been paid by the sd
Mr. Prise for the wages of his Maties. Justices of the
peace of this County on the first day of Easter
sessions one thousand seven hundred & twenty
three, but hath no been yet paid & now remains in his hands And that the
receipt of the sd Mr. Marsh together with this order shall be a sufficient
discharge to the said Mr. Prise for such paymt.
