It is Ordered by this Court that
Gent high Constable within the Hundred of
in this County doe attend this Court On Fryday next at
three of the Clock in the afternoon to Shew Cause why
he & the respective petty Constables within his Divisions
did not retorn to his Maties: Justicces of the Peace for this
County on the First day of the Generall Quarter Sessions
of the peace holden for this County in the week of Michal
last A true and perfect accompt in Writeing of the Christians & sur Names
places of Aboad, Titles, & Additions of all Such persons
haveing Estates wth. in the Severall [..] parishes and places
in his Division as are qualified to Serve on Jurys
pursuant to the Statutes in Such Cares made & provided
& to the Warrants Directed to the sd. High Constables
for that purpose, & why they should not be fined for such
their Neglect & Default
