two pounds P annm, and that Mr. Michell be rated for the Stable yard
at one entire Sume [the same he is charged for to the present land-tax]
(which alsoe will be a means to prevent Settlements of poor people there)
and the other twoof usbeing of a different opinion, We therefore submitt
the whole matter to the Judgement of this Court, We further certifye that
being informed that the case of the severall other appellts. wou'd depend on
the same question, we did not proceed to consider their complaint till
the Judgemt. of this Court be knowne in the matters aforesaid
