Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the parish of Chertsea in the County of Surry
exhibited their humble peticon & appeale unto
thisthis Court at this present Generall Quarter
Sessions of the peace holden for the County of Middx
by adjornmt. on Thursday the first day of July instant
setting forth that by order under the hands & seales
of John Huggins< no role > & John Highmore< no role > Esqrs . two of his
Maties. Justices of the peace for the County of Middx
(Quorum unus) beareing date the twenty eighth day
of June last Sarah Butler< no role > wife of Jasper Butler< no role > wa [..]
removed & conveyed from the hamlett of Hampton
wick in the parish ofHampHampton upon Thames
in the said County of Middx unto the said parish of
Chertsea as the place of the said Sarah Butler< no role > 's legall
Settlement, And that the Petrs. conceived themselves
aggrieved by the Order of the said two Justices and
did therefore appeale against the same, the matter
of which appeale was appointed to be heard and
determined by this Court on this present saturday
the third day of July instant , Now upon mocon
made unto this Court by Councell for the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the said hamlett of Hampton
Wick to have the hearing of the said appeale adjorned
This Court upon hearing of Councell for the sd. Appeall
Doth Order that (or paymt. of the sume of twenty shilling
by the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the sd
