Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the parish of Chertsea in the County of surry
exhibited their humble peticon & appeale unto this
Court at this present Generall Quarter Sessions of
the peace holden for the County of Middx by adjornment on
Thursday the first day of July instant setting forth
that by an Order Under the hands & seales of
Henry Barker< no role > & Richard Bulstrode< no role > Esqrs . two of his
Maties. Justices of the peace for the said County of
Middx (Quorum unus) beareing date the twenty
first day of April last Ann Cannon< no role > was removed
& conveyed from the parish of Laleham in the
County of Middx unto the said parish of Chertsea
in the said County of surry as the place of her
last legall settlement, And that the Petrs.
themselves aggreived by the Order of the said [..]
Justices And die therefore appeale [..] against
same, the matter of which appeale was appointed to
be heard & determined by this Court on saturday the
third day [..] of July instant , and [..] the hearing thereof
was on that day adjourned by the Court untill this present
Wednesday the seventh day of July instant , Now upon
heareing of what was alledged by Councell for the
