P adjorn Veneris scdo die July 1725

It is ordered by this Court that where any appeal
or appeals shall hereafter be preferred to the
Court of Generall Quarter or Generall Sessions of
the peace for this County by the Inhitants of any
parish or place against the Inhitants of any other
parish or place in this County touching the settlemt
of any poor person or persons removedto the
or passed to the Appellants by certue of any Order
made by two Justices of the peace, That noe
consent either for allowing or disallowing any
such appeale or appeales be allowed by the
Court unless such consentthe samebe in that behalfe
given by Councell,
