with which such estate then stood charged should
be paid and not out of the moneys raised or
to be raised for repairing the sd. house of
Correccon, or other Prisons belonging to
this County Now Forasmuch as this Court
is of opinion that the reimburseing the said
sume of fourty eight pounds thirteen
shillings & six pence to the sd.Trea Sr . Henry
penrice< no role > or the sd. succeeding Trear or Trears
eitherout of the rents of the estate belonging
to this County is very improper It is
Ordered by this Court that such part of the
said Order of the eleventh day of October last
as directs such reimbursmt. out of the same
be and the same is hereby reversed and
discharged, And this Court doth desire that
the said Sr . Henry Penrice< no role > will advance &
pay the said sume of fourty eight pounds
thirteen shillings & six pence upon accompt
of doeing the repaires aforesaid unto such
persons as the said Committee of Justices or
any three of them shall by writing under
