To the Right Worspl his Maties Justices of the
peace for the County of Middx as their General
Sessions of the peace Assembled.

Whereas Thomasin Muns< no role > wife of Richard
Muns
< no role > Stands indictely for a Misdemeanor [..]
in unlawfully Bringing and leaving in the Hamlett
of Ratcliffe , one Sarah Staples< no role > , bigg with Child
of a Bastard, and of which, she was then imediately
Delivered within the said Hamlett, being a Female
to the Great Charge and Burthen of the Inhabitants
thereof.

Now Wee the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the abovesaid Hamlett Do
hereby Certify that Wee have been Reimbursed
our Charges Concerning the said female Bastard
Child, and have taken Security for the Maintain-
-ance and keeping thereof, And therefore pray this
Court that the said Thomasin Munns< no role > may be
Discharged from her Recognizance
