of January instant , Now Forasmuch as this-
Court is of opinion to adjourn the hearing
of the said appeale It is Ordered by this Court
that the hearing & determining of the said
appeale be adjourned untill the next General
Quarsessions of the peace to be holden for
the said County of Middx, And that the sd
Appellants and alsoe the Churchwardens &
overseers of the poor of the said parish of
St. James Clerkenwell & all persons
concerned doe attend the Court of the said
next Generall sessions of the peace to
beholden for the same County by adjornmt.
