ofSt: Giles's without Cripplegatein the said County of Middlesex;
and to the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of theParish
ofSt: Giles's in the fieldsin thesaid County
and to every of them, and to all others, whom these
may concern.

WHEREAS it appeareth unto us, two of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the said County of Middlesex (Quor' Unus) by the
Complaint of the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of thesaid
ParishofSt: Giles's without Cripplegate in the said County, thatAnne
Wright

lately come, and intruded into the saidParishofSt: Giles's without
Cripplegate Endeavouring to gain a Settlement there contrary to Law,
andis likely tobecome a great Charge to the saidParish
which we adjudge to be true; and whereas,upon the examination
of the said Anne Fisbery< no role > upon Oath
it appears unto us, That the saidAnne Fisbery< no role > was
last legally Settled in the saidParish
ofSt: Giles's in the fields and thatshe
hath neversince gained any legal Settlement
elsewhere: Therefore, We the said Justices, upon the Proof aforesaid, and other
Circumstances, do Adjudge and Deem the Place of the last legal Settlement of
the saidAnne Fisbery
to be in the saidParishofSt: Giles's in the fields
and whither by Lawsheought to be sent.

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, strictly to Charge and
Command you the said, Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor
of the saidParish of St: Giles's without Cripplegate aforesaidor either of you,
forthwith to remove and convey the saidAnne Fisbery< no role >
from and out of your saidParishofSt: Giles's without Cripplegate in and
to the saidParishofSt: Giles in the fields as aforesaid
and deliverher(together with this Precept) to the Churchwarden and
Overseers of the Poor there, or some, or one of them, who are hereby re-
quired to receive and provide forheraccording to Law.
