Yor. late Cozen Mr.John Rolfe< no role > was at the time of his death
indebted to Peter Walter< no role > Esqr . Clerk of the peace of Middx in the Sume of
two pounds & eight Shillings for moneys by him reced for the use of
the Said Mr. Walter in January Sessions last and also in the Sume of
two pounds & thirteen Shillings for moneys by him reced for the use
of the Said Mr. Walter in February Sessions now last, both which
Sumes are charged in the Account book belonging to Mr. Walter by
the Said Mr. Rolfe of his own hand writing and are Yet due &
owing, And the Said Mr. Rolfe was also indebted to the Said Mr.
Walter in Several of her Sumes of Money by him reced for the use
of the Said Mr. Walter in April Sessions last which are yet due to
him, and appeare by Mr. Rolfes entrys in a private book or paper
of his owne, And the moneys payable to Mr. Walter in respect of
his Office of Clerk of the peace being to be paid into my hands for his
use write this to desire you (who are Exec Mr. Rolfe) to pay me the Said
moneys Ine from the Said Mr. Rolfe that I may answer the same to Mr. Walter, If
You will please to be present at Hicks hall I may Shew you the
account book in which Mr. Rolfe hath charged the moneys by
him reced in January Sessions & February Sessions last I am
