Upon hearing of the appeale of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Mary-
Whitechappell in this County against an Order
under the hands & seales of Thomas Jones< no role > & John
Priestley
< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties Justices of the
peace (Quorum unus) for the said County bearing
date the fifteenth day of July last whereby Jane

Burnett< no role > aged about eight yeares the daughter of
Upham Burnett< no role > was conveyed from the parish of-
St. George in this County of the said parish of St.
Mary Whitechappell as the place of her settlemt.
in right of her said Father Upham Burnett< no role > whose
last legal Settlement the said two Justices did-
adjudge to be there, And upon hearing of what was
alledged by Councell for the Churchwardens and-
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St.

George and alsoe by Councell for the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the sd parish of St. Mary
Whitechappell This Court doth disallow of the sd
appeale And doth ratify & confirm the aforesaid
Order of the said two Justices of the peace , and tho
same is hereby ratifyed & confirmed accordingly,
And, this Court doth require the Church wardens &
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Mary
Whitechappell & all persons concerned to yeild due
obedience thereunto.
