Whereas the Church warden & Overseers of the
poor of the hamlet of Mile End old Town in the
parish of Stepney in this County have exhibited-
their humble peticon & appeale unto this Court
Settingforth that by an Order Under the hands &
Seales of John Priestley< no role > Esqr . & Sr . Charles peers< no role > Knt .
two of his Maties Justices of the peace for the said
County (Quorum unus) Jane Knight< no role > widdow &-
one child named Ann Knight< no role > aged about
Six yeares were removed from the parish of-
Stratford Bow in the said County to the said
hamlet of Milend Old Town as the place of
their last legal Settlement And that the Petrs.
think themselves aggrieved by the said Order-
and appealetoagainst the Same to this Court-
Whereupon at the request of the Petrs. It is Ordered
by this Court that the benefit of the said appeale
be saved unto them, And that the hearing and
determining thereof be and the same is hereby-
adjourned untill the next GeneralSessions
of the peace to be holden for this County, And-
that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the said parish of Stratford Bow (upon notice
of this Order) and allotherpersons concerned
doe attend the Court of the said next General
Sessions of the peace to be holden for the sd
County by adjornmt. ontheday of
next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to [..]
p abide the Judgment & determinacon of the same Court
touching the said appeale,
