To all Constables, Headboroughs, & other his Majesty's
Officers & Ministers within the County of Middlesex
& to every of them whome it may concerne

These are to will and require, and in his Majesty's name to
charge and command you upon Sight hereof to bring before us
and others his Majesty's Justices of the Peace of the County
aforesaid at the Sessions of Peace now holden at Hicks's
Hall in St. John Street , in & for the said County the Bodys
of Richard Layton< no role > Henry Marshall the Elder< no role > Thomas Layton< no role > Joseph Layton< no role >
Francis Runnegar< no role > John child< no role > Abraham lain< no role > & Robert Batt< no role > who stand
Indicted for unlawfully entring the close of Margt. st. Eloy peter st. Eloy John
st. Eloy & charles St. Eloy called the walk in the parish of sunbury in this County
and breaking the Monnes & fences and unlawfully cutting down & destroying
Twenty Eluie Trees then growing in the sd Close
(if the Court be then and there sitting) or if not before us or some
other of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace of the same County to
find sufficient sureties for their personal Appearance at
this present Sessions to answer the same & all such other Matters
us on his Majesty's behalfe shall be objected against them
And if they cannot be taken, during this present Sessions That
then so soon after as they shall be taken, you bring or cause them
to be brought before us or some others of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace of the said County, to find sufficient sureties
for their personall Appearance at the next Sessions of the Peace
to be holden for the said County to answer as aforesaid and
further to be dealt withall according to Justice Hereof you are
not to faile at your Perills Dated in open Sessions at
Hicks's Hall aforesaid this sixthday of
September in the year of our Lord 1732
