Upon hearing of the appeale of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. George
Bloomsbury in this County against an Order under
the hands & seale of Richard Manley< no role > & Thomas
Robe
< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties Justices of the peace for
the said County (Quorum unus) bearing date the
twenty fifth day of september last whereby George-

Joseph< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > his wifie were removed from
the Liberty of Glasshouse yard in the parish of St.
Botolph Aldersgate without in this County to the sd
parish of St. George Bloomsbury as the place of
their last legal settlement, And upon hearing of
what was alledged on behalfe of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. George
Bloomsbury This Court by consent of George Brook< no role >
& Edward Winder< no role > Overseers of the poor of the said
Liberty of Glasshouse Yard Doth allow of the said
appeale And doth Vacate & discharge the aforesaid
Order of the said two Justices of the peace, and
the same is hereby vacated & discharge
accordingly, And this Court doth Order that the
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. George
Bloomsbury doe forthwith remove & convey the said
