The Humble Petition and Appeale of the-
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of-
the Parish of St Ann Black Fryers London

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands and Seales of Two of-
his Matys Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx
(Quorum Unus) bearing Date the Twenty Fifth Day of-
August last past whereby Valereen Mann< no role > was removed
from the parish of St Pauls Shadwell in the County-
of Middx aforesaid to the said parish of St Ann
Black Fryers London as the place of her last
Legall Settlement

Wherefore Your Peticoners thinking
themselves Aggrieved by the Judgement of the
Said two Justices of the Peace therefore-
appeale to this Court against the Same
Order and humbly pray Your Worships will

Determine the Same

And Your Petrs Shall ever pray Etc
