be releived in the premisses, the matter of which
appeale was appointed to be heard & determined by
this Court on this present Thursday the twelfth day
of October instant ,Now upon hearing of what last
was alledged by the petr. & his Councell against the
aforesaid Assessment, and alsoe by Councell for-
the Churchwardens & Overseers fo the poor of the-
said parish in vindicacon of the same Assessment
And upon debate of the matter and on hearing of
what was Alledged on either side This Court is-
of opinion that the petr. is over charged in the said
Assessment And doth thereupon Order that the
Assessment charged upon the petr. [..] towards
releife of the poor of the said parish of St. Giles
without Cripplegate in the County of Middx be
reduced, And that the Petr. doe stand charged-
after the rate of thirty Six pounds P ann only in
respect of the said Coach house, stable & vault
[..] in the Rate for releife of the poor-
of the same parish, of which the Church wardens
& Overseers of the poor of the same parish & all
persons concerned are hereby required to take-
notice,
