Now upon hearing of what was alledged by
Counsell for the petr against the aforesaid Assessment and also by Councell for
theCouncellChurchwardens and Overseers of
the poor of the sd parish in [..] indicacon of
the same Assessmentand upon Debate of the
Matters and For thatIt appear [..] to this Court
from the examinacon of the petr. upon oath-
that a tenement [..] also erected on part of the purchased premes being let by-
the petr. to a Gen ant [..] es assessedratedtowards the
releif of the poor of the sd parish of St. Gyles
without Cripplegate in this County At £14.
P Anum over and above what the petr.
wasis assessed towards the releif of the peace
there for the sd Coach House Stable & Vault
And upon debate of the matters & Hearing what was alledged on
either side This Court is of opinion that
the petr. is overcharged in the sdAssignment
Assessment Andthatdoth thereupon Order-
that the Assessment charged upon the petr.-
towards the releife of the poor of the sd. parish
of St. Giles without Cripplegate in the sd County
of Middx for and respect of the sd.new
Coach house Stable and Vault be reduced
And that the petr. in respect thereof doe stem
charged after rate of £24. P Anum only in
