Whereas the Church wardens & Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St. Martin in the fields in this County
have exhibited their humble peticon & appeale
unto this Court Setting forth that by vertue of a-
Pass warrant under the hands & seales of Clifford
William Phillipps
< no role > & Richard Ricards< no role > Esqrs . two of
his Maties Justices of the peace for the said County
(Quorum unus) bearing date the thirty first day-
of July last Hannah Dean< no role > Widow of John Dean< no role >
and [..] three children (vizt.) Elizabeth Dean< no role > aged eleven
yeares Eleanor Dean< no role > aged Seven yeares & Ann
Dean
< no role > aged eighteen were removed from the
parish of St. Mary White Chappel in the said County-
to the said parish of St. Martin in the fields as
the place of theirthelast legal Settlement, whereby the
Petrs. conceive themselves to be aggreived, And, that-
they therefore appeale to this Court against the-
said Pass warrant & Judgment of the sd. two Justices,
Whereupon at the request of the Petrs. It is Ordered
by this Court that the benefit of the said appeale be
saved unto them, and that the hearing & determining.
