The Humble Peticon & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St. Mary Whitechappell in
the Said County

Sheweth

That by a Ward. or pass under the hands & Seals of Thomas
Jones< no role > & John priestly< no role > Esqrs . Two of his Maties Justices of the
peace for the Said County (Quar. un) bearing date the 15th. day
July last Jane Burnett< no role > aged about eight years the daughter
of Uphan Burnett< no role > was removed & Convey'd from & out of-
the Parish of St. George in the Said County of the said parish
of St. Mary White chappell as to the place of her last legall
Settlement

Yr. Petrs. thinking themselves agreived by the said
Wan. or pass humbly appeal agt. the Same

Yr. Petrs. therefore most humbly pray that
yr. Worsps would be pleased to Order that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St. George aforesd: & all other Psons
Concerned may Attend this Court Some day
this prsent Sessions to hear & abide the
Determinacon of the sd. Court touching the sd.
