The humble Peticon & Appeal of the Churchwarden &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Margaret
Westmr. in the County of Middx aforesaid.

Sheweth

That Elizabeth Wilson< no role > Wido . of George Wilson< no role > aged about
Sixty Years was removed by a pass Warrant bearing date ye
27d. of July last under the hands seals of Miles Harper< no role > &
John Ellis< no role > Esqr. from the Parish of St. James Westmr . to the
Said Parish of St. Margaret Westmr . as the Place of her last
regal Settlemt.

That Yr. Petrs. [..] conceive themselves agrieved
by the Adjudgment of the said two Justices therefore humbly
appeal to Yor. Worpll. against the same.

Therefore humbly pray that the Churchwarden & Overs.
of the Poor of the Sd. Parish of St. James Westmr may
be Ordered to attend this Worspll. Court someday this Qr.
Sessions, then & there to abide by the Judgment and
final determination of this Court touching the said
Appeal.
