parish Baker Severally Maketh Oath that they were all in Com [..]
at the House of the Said Nicholas Drury< no role > on the Eighteenth [..]
of July last with the prosecutor John Barke< no role > who prosecuted [..]
the Said Nicholas Drury< no role > by Indictmt. in this Court (for an Assault
Committed on the Body of the said John Barke) the Sessions last [..]
past held at this Honble Court when the said Indictment was found and
that the said John Barke [..] on the said Eighteenth Day of
July aforsaid for the Consideration of two pounds two Shillings and in Recompence and in
full Satisfaction of the said Assault Agreed Comprized and made
and End and Determined all Matters and Differences Relating
to the said Indictment & for all Matters and Difference in
any king whatsoever between the said presecutor John Barke and
the said Nicholas Drury< no role > as Appears by the Receipt here unto
Annext and the said Nicholas Drury< no role > further maketh Oath
that he this Depont. hath made a General & Strict Enquiry
after the said John Barke the prosecutor and that he this
Depont. cannot any way here tell or find out the place
of abode of the said John Barke so as to gett the said John
Barke to appear personally in Court in Order for this
Deponts. Discharge
