Be pleased to move that the Defts Recogns. may be respited for the followings
reasons

The Occasion of this prosecution agt: Wm: and John Tolbigg< no role > was the Deft.
Wm: Folbigg< no role > (as an Officer to the late Sheriff of Middx and Jno. Folbigg
as his Assistant) entering the prosr: Roberts House and Seizing his Goods.
by Vertue of A Special C [..] utlegatum agt. him Ats of Geo: Welland< no role > an
Attorney who is Since Deced and as his papers are in the hands
of Counel: Foley who is now out of Town the Defts: William and
John Folbigg< no role > are unable to make A proper Defence on the Tryal
of their Traverse:The Psecution agt. Roberts Wife is for
taking away the same Goods. after the said Seid [..]
