Take Notice that I will appear at this present General
Sessions of the Peace now held at Hicks Hall in Saint
John Street in and for the County of Middlesex on Saturday
next at four of the Clock in the Afternoon when and
where I will withdraw my Plea of Not Guilty
by me Pleaded to the Indictment in this Cause and
Confess the Said Indictment you have found
against me for an Assault Dated this Eighth
day of December 1737.
