The Humble Petition And Appeal of the
Churchwardens Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Olave Southwark in the County
of Surry

Sheweth

That by an Order Warrant under the Hands and Seals of Sir Thomas
Reynell< no role > Barronett and William Harvest< no role > Esquire two of his are
Majesties of the Peace for the Said County Dated the First day of
August.1737. Bartholomew Harper< no role > Pallecia < no role > (called in the said
Order or Warrant) his Wife and Bartholomew< no role > Adam < no role > George < no role >
Hannah < no role > John < no role > and William < no role > (called in the Saw Order or
Warrant) their Six Children were removed and conveyed
in the Month of November more Last Past from the parish of Stanwell is the County of Middlesex
to the Said Parish of Saint Olave Southwark as the Plece
of the Last legall Settlement of the said Bartholomew

Year Petitioners finding themselves Aggrieved the Said
Order or Warrant of the said two Justices humbly Appeal
to this Court against the Same And pray this Court would
appoint a day at this present Session for the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Stauwell
and all Parties concerned to attend this Court to hear and
abide the Indgement and Determination of this Contiune
touching the Said Appeal

And Yor Petitioners as in Duty bound
Shall ever Pray etc
